  • The rooms are reserved once the deposit has been paid and a written confirmation has been given. The deposit can be paid through a bank deposit, credit card (please use “click to pay” on our website) or with postal order.
  • In case of cancellation we don't refund deposits for any reason. We strongly recommend considering a trip cancellation insurance.
  • In case of cancellation, later arrival or earlier departure we have to charge 80% of the daily rate for the whole period of your stay. A minimum 24 hours notice is required for earlier departure. Cancellations made within 24 hours forfeit the full amount of the cancelled night.
  • On the day of your arrival the rooms are available from 2pm and the apartments from 3pm and reserved until 10am of your departure day. Please contact us if you arrive after 8pm (ph. +39 0471/836213).
  • Sorry, we don’t accept animals.
  • Smoking is not allowed in rooms and apartments. We ask for your understanding.
  • Payment can be made by cash, cheque or credit card (we accept VISA, EUROCARD and MASTERCARD). Please pay Your bill, the day before leaving.
