The special tradition of the "Pan dles nü"
In our Ladin valleys, our ancestors lived from agriculture and farming. They maintained the tradition of the "Pan dles 9", so they took a short morning snack at 9:00 a.m. to strengthen themselves, because the working day always started very early for them. For the farmers, servants and maids at the farm, it was a daily ritual gathering.

For your morning snack we await you on April 10th, 2022 at the Piz Boé Alpine Lounge with our newly interpreted "Pan dles nü". For you we prepare homemade bread and special appetizers, with wine accompaniment from Cantine Moser Trento and Tenuta di Biserno. Live music by the “Homeless Band”.
It will be the perfect ending of ski season with a dream scenery on the Piz Boé Alpine Lounge.
