Elements Experience in collaboration with Natked

“The amazing scenario of Alta Badia meets Natked-movement-practice: the energy of nature connects with the body”

The project “Elements” will take place in an amazing natural location. Detox yourself from the urban chaos using the power of nature.  It awaits you a 3-day-experience of trekking and relax where your home will be CIASA DE MUNT Lifestyle Living.
The partnership project between CIASA DE MUNT Lifestyle Living & PIZ BOÉ Alpine Lounge with the fitness trainers of Natked-gym of Milan, is namend Elements. Its goal is to experience trekking and walking in nature in a different way. The Natked-trainers will lead you through 2 awesome paths in the Dolomites, where you will learn to empower the consciousness of the trekking-experience, you will work on your body-perception using a strong physical practice. This special physical activity, will use the energy and the elements of the surrounding nature, to intensify the sensations that your body will feel.

THE PROGRAM

Arrival in CIASA DE MUNT Lifestyle Living is scheduled on Friday, after checking-in you can have a rest and pamper yourself in the wellness area.

Saturday morning begins with a healty breakfast at PIZ BOÉ Alpine Lounge, the futuristic mountain hut at 2.200 metres of altitude. From here our first trekking and training experience will start. We will walk for about one hour and then we will reach “I Chedri”, the location where we will practice a dynamic meditation. The innovative Natked practice combines traditional yoga techniques with dynamic meditation, which requires a lot of energy, so we can strenghthen the connection between body, soul and nature. After the workout you can relax and enjoy an outdoor pic-nic. Finally, a last short hike, takes you to the wonderful landscape of “Plan di Ciamurc”. The return to the hotel is scheduled for the early afternoon.

Sunday morning starts with a rich breakfast at CIASA DE MUNT Lifestyle Living. The ascent with the gondola lift to Boé, starting point for a new breahttaking hike, is scheduled for 8.30 am. This time the “conscious walk” leads you from  PIZ BOÉ Alpine Lounge to “Col Cedla”, a place with a unique energy. Here, the dynamic meditation will take place guided by the Natked-trainers. Later, a gourmet lunch will be served in the restaurant KELINA Fine Dine at PIZ BOÉ Alpine Lounge.
The return to the hotel is scheduled in the aftenoon. The rest of the day is at your disposal.
